We recently consulted Mr. Nana Osei for my wife, Renuka Bhatt's back pain at Clementine Churchill Hospital. We found Mr. Osei to be a professional, attentive, and a good listener. He explained everything clearly, without rushing, and made sure that my wife fully understood the discussion. He was also open to any questions we had. We are very satisfied with how Mr. Osei diagnosed my wife's back pain, and I would highly recommend him as a specialist orthopaedic surgeon.
Very poor communications Tried to arrange a appointment called 4 times "Different days" as requested also advised to call a different number after 5.30 were i would be able to speak with the surgeon, however no answer, had to leave a message. Then rung back the following day at 22/06/12.17 by the receptionist, "withheld number" and told they had referred me back to my clinic as they could not meet my expectations ----------- what ! all I wanted was an appointment date and time. Mr. Osei is an excellent Orthopaedic doctor. He was extremely thorough in his assessment, took the time to explain my condition and test results, and developed the most comprehensive treatment plan. He also showed genuine care for his patients. I am extremely happy with the medical care I received from Mr. Osei. I HIGHLY recommend him.
