He wants to be the sole person quoting for the job, else he is not interested and too busy. Have not known a single tradesperson like that. He is also not on Checkatrade, that is also a red flag. I usually do not review for a tradesperson, but in this case, I must say, he is waste of time. Even 2 minutes is waste.
He was really polite and efficient. And very fantastic
