Mr Drains came out promptly on a Friday afternoon ti help with a blocked drain. He was clear about his price on the phone (which was fair), the blockage was cleared quickly but took his time to do a thorough check of the drains, flush them all through and talk us through which one was which! We picked him as he is local to us in Bagshot and would highly recommend to anyone needing help.

Not one for negative reviews but this was a serious let down! Booked an appointment 10 days in advance - checked in 30 minutes before to then receive a text cancelling! Couldn’t give me another time as was ‘too busy to confirm an exact time’ this was an urgent booking for a house sale. Completely let us down & acted like it was nothing. Not making us a priority to re book just completely useless.
