RecommendedPlumber Jared was on the job and finished in under 3 hrs. Major water leak in my front yard... called in at around 8:00 am and repair done around 11:00. I received text updates and pictures. Great service!!!
Great customer service always and always comes at the time they give.
Mr. Central's customer service in general is very good. Always very courteous when scheduling service visits, arrive promptly within schedule window, and technicians have been knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. On the one occasion they had to reschedule my appointment, I was given sufficient notice. Brandon Sherman did a great job on my last scehduled maintenance visit as has been customary for Mr. Central.
