Love it because my God mother Charmainge Carpenter has a contract with getting her unit fixed and I have heard that they do a very good job at working on them.

My father is under hospice care at home and the A.C. has stopped cooling. I called Mr. Central this morning to get a tech out to repair it. I knew ahead of time that it was on its last leg. Taking the welfare of my parents into account, Jeremy, the tech, called the office to see what could be done. TJ and the wonderful staff made my parents a top priority. instead of waiting 2 or 3 weeks to get a new unit installed, Jeremy will install the new one in the morning. I got great service from initial visit and estimate , pricing was very reasonable and all options for my ac replacement were discussed and priced. the replacement was scheduled and I was contacted with reminders the day before installation. the technician Jeremy contacted me prior to his on time arrival.
