Fast. Service. They had to order a motor from the manufacturer as it was still under warranty. We got it the next day and the service was completed as scheduled.

I had an issue with my A/C unit going out over the weekend. I initially called and scheduled an appointment through another service provider due to hearing that Mr. Central was a little pricey. The other service provider never showed up for the appointment, never called, etc. Obviously I cancelled that appointment and scheduled an appointment with Mr. Central because I’ve always heard that you get what you pay for, so I figured what’s a few more bucks as long as I get my unit fixed. I had an issue with a failing A/C heat pump and had Mr. Central come out to repair it. The technician that was dispatched was on time and very knowledgeable and did a through inspection of the a/c unit. Turned out it was a choice of a stopgap repair or replace the unit. I opted to replace the unit and again the crew was right on time and very professional. The job was completed well before I thought it would be and nicely done. I have no qualms about recommending Mr Central at all. They should all be that good.
