RecommendedJeremy Butler was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about my heating and air conditioning issues and found that a former service I had used failed to plug in my heat pump which resulted in the problems I was experiencing with difficulty cooling down my house as well as hearing it during the winter. I signed a maintenance agreement with Mr. Central and fully trust him and the company. I will be contacting my former maintenance service about this issue which I find totally irresponsible.

I was highly impressed with the professionalism of not only Brandon, but the entire organization. I got a text about my pending service call about 30 minutes prior to Brandon’s arrival, giving a little background on him and a photo. I would highly recommend Mr. Central for any HVAC issues!

Peter was at my home today and fixed a problem we were having. He is polite and very knowledgeable. He’s the type of person you would love to have to dinner. Thanks to Mr. Central for having the best air conditioning/ plumbing company in town. They treat you like family. However, I do put Peter on the top of that list.

Jeremy was professional and personable. He provided information regarding what he was going to do, details of what he did and discovered, and future recommendations.
Peter is very professional and personable. He obviously is very knowledgeable and inspires confidence in his ability to take care of any plumbing needs for my house. He and his coworker did a great job getting all the pipes cleaned out in my whole house. After over 25 years that’s a lot of buildup. Now everything is flowing well again.

Peter has been to my home several times. Always personable. His knowledge and quality of work is great. I’m happy with the service agreement with them. Matter of fact, this year’s inspection found an issue with my water heater. Had it replaced today and both Peter and Jeremy made the replacement perfect.
