Brandon J Sherman came out last week for a service call on my downstairs wall unit. Servicing the unit was essentially pointless and Brandon suggested I buy a new unit versus investing in something that wouldn't be a long term fix. Brandon measured my current unit, gave me all of the specs and model numbers so I could make the process of purchasing a new unit that much easier. The staff is always very polite and professional. They're always available when needed. Brandon always does an excellent job. Very informative on what they're doing and what/why they need to do to the unit. An they always clean up after themselves. Highly recommended.
Jeremy B. did a great job! He identified the problem with our A/C very quickly and repaired it just as fast. He also considerately wore shoe covers to protect our floors.
Brandon is always professional and very pleasant. He shows up when schedule and the communication is great from Diane to the techs! Everyone who has come to my home has been professional and pleasant.
On time and get the job done. Have never had a problem with them in the past ten years....
