We’ve used Mr Carpet twice now – once for carpets and most recently for Moduleo flooring – and both experiences have been outstanding. The owner himself came out to measure our property, which was a really nice personal touch and showed genuine care for the job. The quote came through quickly and clearly, with no surprises. They don't post on the website that they close at lunch time for 1.5 hours. they don't open again when they say they will on the door. We will not be trying them again for a quote.
Friendly people and they measured up the space we needing covering quickly, but subsequently took far too long to produce an estimated cost quote, despite chasing in the meantime. A bit of a shame.
We had an absolutely first class experience from beginning to end. It started with some very expert assistance from John in choosing the appropriate carpet. Richard, the measurer, came exactly when he said he would and was not only very helpful but great company. The estimate was a bit delayed by illness.
