I paid for a service package on my ***** Civic. While taking it in for service before several road trips i was told that MPP would not pay for it because i had not had enough time in between oil changes. I was told that i could always try to take time out of my cross country trip to find a dealership that will provide the service then. Had to file a claim for my run flat tire and it was super easy since my Dealership took care of this claim. Well worth this insurance purchase.
I Purchased GAP coverage for a 2018 ****** Corolla. Due to an accident while being towed, the vehicle was a total loss. After all Insurance payments were made MPP refuse to pay $1,388.00 due to "Conditional Adjustments". Both Geico and ****** Total ********* agree that no Conditional Adjustments exist and that MPP should be paying the $1,388.00. In fact, I had both Geico and MPP on the phone at the same time.
