When this contract was sold to me I was told everything is covered. Now Im told its only oil change and tire rotation. $5k for what? Considering cancellation.

Called to submit claim for reimbursement spoke with ******. Was given email to send copies of receipt and invoice. Called weeks later several times spoke with ***** who suggested that I send copies in a PDF which I resubmitted to ****** email.****** was not in each time I called.I also requested update on status of reimbursement requested. I still have not received any info on claim.

Found a big nail on the inner edge of my tire, went to nearby dealer and inside of 1.5 hrs, I was able to get a tire replaced and at zero cost, came in very handy. Excellent service and the plan made it easy to get in and out.

Took my car in twice for warranty claim and they did not fix either time. Multiple stories about why they didnt fix. And now having to pay another garage to fix warranty issue.
