The customer service is not helping me with a resolution of a claim. Each and every time I call, there is a new story. This morning, one gentleman in the cancellation department/ section rudely hung up on me after I asked him how much more time do they need to process my claim. I am really becoming frustrated with these folks. Would not recommend them to anyone. Had there been a negative rating star, I would have given them.

We processed ****************** cancellation refunds on 10/18/2021, the day we received his written request. The refund process does take some processing time. However, the refund checks were mailed to his lienholder of record on 10/26/2021, 6 Business Days from when we received his request. The checks should have been received by his lienholder by now and should be applied to his loan presently.
************************* took great care of me. My truck was in the shop for a transmission issue and he found out that there was a recall on some other issue. He called me and informed me about it and then requested that they fix that as well. With people like him it makes people like me feel safe and secure with my vehicle. Great young man.

I bought my car new at Husker, and have nothing but good to say about my service advisor, *********************. He is friendly and very attentive to my needs. He treats me like a person, not a number. I have had great satisfaction with Husker in general. They care about their customers, and go the extra mild to keep them happy.
Excellent services. Enjoy being able to have all of the main maintenance paid for so all that is needed is to schedule the service.

Very streamlined process. Address all your concerns based on the situation. Company is outstanding and provides solutions to errors. Willing to go the extra mile to assist with repairs. Also, the company is very careful in who they allow to repair your vehicle. The shade tree mechanic doesnt get a chance to make repairs to your vehicle far worse than what it is in now. Live this company!***********************

Upon notice of the review, we contacted the customer. He stated he was dissatisfied with the service facility where he went for service and not our company or our product. He advised that the facility took a long time to service his car and then they tried to collect additional funds over and above what he was requesting. He removed his car from their service and went to another facility to have it performed.
