Great customer service. Love the care I always get from *************************.
I was sorely unhappy with the service I received. I was told it would take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete my oil change after 2 and a half hours I had to find my advisor and ask what was taking so long and was then informed that they did not have the correct oil filter. After driving almost a hour to get to the dealer and waiting over 2 hours to get my vehicle serviced I don't feel that your service is worth it!

MPP is a good and convenient service plan to have and the perks are wonderful.
One of the worst possible warranty companies. When you buy a new car, the scam you out of the first 3 years by denying any claim, stating the factory warranty has to expire before they pay anything, thus stealing 3 years of payments from you.

This company is absolutely horrendous. Not only would they not pay on any services, they sent out an adjuster to deny an intermittent problem with side view mirrors because of cost. 3rd party representatives at the dealership were able to witness/recreate the intermittent problem, however when the adjuster arrived, they supposedly could not recreate it and thus would not believe an independent 3rd party from the dealership. This company is terrible. Beware if you’re buying a preowned car they’ll start the warranty from the date the car was originally sold not from the date you bought it. For example if you buy a six year warrantee on a car that was sold a year and a half prior you’re only getting 5 1/2 years of warranty.

MPP only uses rebuilt and defective parts to repair your car. Once you have an issue your car will never be the same. MPP takes forever to get the parts to the dealer and even then the car never gets fixed. Next week will be the 4th time and about 3 months of my car being in the shop since the end of September 2020.
