First Midway Chevrolet is top notch and purchasing a warranty with MPP has also proven to be a pleasurable experience. Great customer service! I forgot that I had bought this plan when I bought my new car in 2017. Just last week, I has a flat tire that Discount Tires wasnt able to fix in that I had to buy new tire. After paying for this tire and I finally found the plan that I bought. I called and they were very nice and efficient in that I got reimbursed on the new tire that I purchased.
Everyone was very nice. My service advisor kept me up to date on the progress of my car. The waiting area is comfortable and the time went by very quickly.
The service technicians were very respectful and polite. They also were very responsive and had excellent comments skills. I got service in a expeditiously rapid manor. Thank you.

I am so glad I purchased the MPP extended warranty on my VW Tiguan. It has been well worth it. And will allow me to keep my car longer now that its been paid for over 2 years,
