It was a trouble free experience! To be able to have my car repaired and not have to worry as a single person, how I was going to be to pay for it. And I was provided transportation to get be able to get to work. Thank you MPP for being there for me!!!
***** assisted me with service recently and he was very friendly, fast, and helpful. One of my services was not done and I came back the next day to tell him about it. He apologized, said it was unacceptable, and said he would have me in right away to get it done next time I was able to. I appreciate his professionalism and understanding. I would work with him again.
A must have on new cars, quick call easy replacement and the service tech do all the dirty work lol. Just sit and wait let them service your car glad I get the tire warranty my mom has brought used tires and have been changing them weekly. Dont forget the tire warranty. Very much needed.
Paid for silver package when I purchased my **** Had the vehicle 3 weeks my fuel pump and module went out. They covered the fuel pump but refused to cover the module which makes no sense.
Car was totaled. ***************** advised me to contact the extended warranty company to request a refund of the balance of the warranty. Completed their forms & sent with requested documents within an hour of receiving them. After waiting a few weeks with no communication from them, I called to find out they "couldn't open one of the documents" so they just sent the check to the prior lien holder....well, the car was totaled so there was no longer a lien holder, one of the documents required was a PAID IN FULL letter from ... read more

Wow. Covered my tire and all costs.. sales clerk at tire store said I had to pay and then get money from mpp because of problems he had with other similar companies.. called mpp and explained problem and was told to give clerk phone. Got apology and brand new tire...love mpp...
A fantastic company along with fantastic service. I will only buy MPP warranties.
