Very rude response to sheltered housing tenent after running over a hose that is made to be run over when window cleaner left it across vehicle access Left me wondering if emergency services that are supposed to stop there would have been told the same in the same rude manner after same window cleaner had the cheek to lean on our vehicle in car park the same morning and nothing was said
