Tried contacting them for 3 days to buy a car and they never got back to me. So, I paid £200 to reserve the car online to ensure I didn’t miss out. Still no response. After 3 further days of trying to communicate with anyone, I finally managed to speak to someone where I was told the car had sold and I had been refunded. No explanation, no apology.
