If you value your health and that of your family, please, please, stay a million miles away from this so called Doctors Practice. I can't even call it a call centre, it is impossible and I mean impossible to get a phone call answered, let alone book an appointment. You are told to use the Anima online service, even though this is on-line 90% of the services on offer are closed. If you do manage to submit a request, it will be ignored for weeks, then updated with we are getting something together for you, then nothing. You w... read more
Worst surgery ever, partner is very vulnerable but doesn’t matter to the reception staff or even the doctors, I actually do t think they have any doctors there because when I call in they have no appointments and they have no one in the waiting room and when I’ve mentioned this they say there fully booked. The reception staff always say go to a walk in surgery or ring 111. They always pass you on to someone else, don’t know how they manage to operate treating people like they do. If I could put 0 stars I would.
