I purchased a reclining chair from Moy Furniture Centre dealing with Rebecca who I found most pleasant and helpful. I called back to order some additional items but as Rebecca was off I spoke with Marty. During conversation I mentioned that I needed work done on two sofas but had a problem finding someone. He made a phone call to a guy called Karlos and told him that I would be in touch. Worst customer service experience I have ever received when purchasing furniture. I would never use this business again. Ordered furniture and flooring back in May, paid in full for all my items and since then I have received multiple delays, excuses and terrible communication and customer service from the team at Moy Furniture. Its almost Christmas, and my renovations cannot be completed due to their incompetencies and inability to operate their business well. I still have no carpet or furniture and its December.
