Ordered a Honda hrb476 cable and bolt from these lot, fantastic price and customer service. We both quickly learned that the shop was closing and I wasn’t going to be able to pick up the part same day… Rather than just saying sorry and asking for a pick up on Monday, the staff left the part outside the gate for me which I believe to be indicative of staff that go above and beyond to help their customers. Thank you so much lads.
We contacted MPS as our Honda Generator had stopped working - they were very professional, knowledgeable and provided a great, prompt service in repairing the item for us! Very good value for money and provided lots of helpful advice in maintaining the Generator going forward. Will definitely be using them again for all our servicing and repairs. Much appreciated.
