I have been using Moving Places for a number of years now, having thought the grass was greener elsewhere letting to a Housing Association on long term lets. My experience with the Housing Association was grim. I returned to Moving Places with enormous relief. They are responsible for all my properties. I have over 35 years experience of letting properties. I was initially very excited to move into a flat with Moving Places. I soon discovered that the friendly faces and prompt email responses changed dramatically as soon as I signed the contract. I was deeply disappointed during my time with Moving Places and would never recommend them. I felt the flat was not properly cleaned when we moved in (including rubbish under my bed). Moving places is a terrific estate agent based in Hatfield who has managed my property for the past 3 years .The service offered by Dev and his team has been absolutely fantastic from the moment a tenant has left to finding a new tenant.You will not regret putting your property in their hands.
