I can't recommend Amy enough, a comfortable non judgemental and professional approach. Amy made me feel seen heard and safely supported and helped me where I felt no one else could. At first secptical of hypnotherapy I was blown away by the improvements that seemed to evolve over time with Amy's continued guided and down to earth approach.

I found Amy a few years ago through recommendations, and I can't say I am surprised! Amy helped me with many aspects I struggled with, the main one being lack of confidence. Amy helped, listened, supported me and gave me the tools I needed to be more a confident and less anxious person. My son is 11 and Amy was amazing with him. He was 2 weeks off from starting high school and Amy got him in a few sessions before he started. Amy was very patient with him and explained things well for him. We had 8 sessions in total which I few he needed. I would definitely recommend Amy to people. Very professional but very relaxed with him which helped loads

I'm a real advocate for therapy, I think we all can benefit from talking out our experiences, I didnt want to go the traditional route, where it can feel a loop of talking about my problems, I wanted to be proactive. Approached Amy at Moving Mindset Hypnotherapy for some help with pain, I have an incomplete spinal injury, found her online, and after exchanging some messages we set up some virtual sessions. Being honest I was a bit unsure what to expect, and after a few sessions I began to realise it was more than my pain I needed help with, and boy was it help I got.
