After seeing Amy highly recommended, I contacted her about my anxiety, food behaviours and about some recently family bereavement issues. I cannot thank her enough for what she has done for me. She had helped more than I ever could have wished. She is warm and welcoming, and truly listens which is lovely. She has made me think about life differently, and change my habits. I've found sessions with Amy to be really helpful. I initially contacted Amy for help with a fear of driving that I'd developed over the years and within about 4 or 5 sessions I could drive short, familiar distances, something which I'd half accepted I'd never be able to do again. Still a work in progress but much better than how I started. The sessions are well-lead but don't feel forced or formal and I found them quite interesting. I have really found ‘moving mindset’ an incredibly positive experience. Amy is a very friendly, professional and an inspiring person who put me at ease from the outset. Amy’s therapy has helped me to develop inner confidence and self belief. My time visiting Amy at Moving Mindset has really helped me to understand and gain confidence in how to deal with issues that arise and that challenge us in our day to day life.
