Happy that it works as it should and it does hav a nice web interface. However, really not happy that on selling the caravan the subscription cannot be transferred.
Phoned several times over the course of 3 days. They never answered phone calls, emails or messages on their live chat service. I won't be renewing my subscription, to say the least.

The problems I've had since I got my tracker in October 2022 are still ongoing. Got Phantom i7 tracker installed on my new van. Van battery was constantly draining. Many months of problems, finally auto electrician diagnosed it was the tracker. Tracker swapped with new one, March 2023. All ok for about 6 months, then it started alerting the control centre it was being driven away. Was told to turn off my switch. But I don't have one, never have.
