Incredibly incompetent employees – especially receptionist Justyna. They whinge about having to show properties that have been on the market for weeks. Difficult to submit offers, harder to get follow-up responses. They will accidentally lose your information, then call asking questions like you’ve never talked with them. Very telling that they only have one office – let’s hope the other, more professional rental agencies make that number zero.
Gabriel was very helpful throughout the renting process. He was responsive, professional, and made everything clear and easy for us. Really appreciated his support in helping us secure the house — highly recommended.
