Auste is excellent. I try to visit once each month so that the bespoke treatment she provides stops my shoulder pain returning. But the hour I spend with her is also an hour of pure relaxation.

Love my treatments with Auste! She quickly senses what is needed, finds the tense spots and applies the right amount of pressure (I appreciate proper deep tissue massage). Really helps my stiff neck and back - thank you!!

I have been going to Austes wonderful classes for several months now and I’m addicted. I feel so good whilst doing the class and after. I have been to both her Saturday and Mondays classes which are brilliant. The classes are great for all abilities as you can go at the pace that suits you best. It helps to get my back moving properly which really helps with tension in the body as well as improving strength. Auste is a very approachable, friendly and professional human who really listened to my needs and created a plan which was key in the recovery of my long term back pain.
