Honestly deserves 0 stars, they have made the process of letting unnecessarily long and tiresome. Didn’t change the details I requested in my contract and acted obtuse when I was made aware. Has been a terrible experience talking to multiple staff members in the Gloucester team who aren’t in agreement on their own company policies. Would strongly not recommend.
Satisfied with the service, I got help from Harry to find a new place to live — totally recommend him!
