I’ve been very disappointed with the way this maintenance issue has been managed. I raised a concern about the poor quality of window cleaning, but despite reaching out, there has been no follow-up or resolution from the property manager Steven Leith. The last email I received from him was that he would look into the matter and see if a resolution could be found (this was on the 09.07.25) 2 months later and I am yet to receive a reply from him.
