I’ve used a few different estate agents since moving to Cheltenham in 2010, and honestly there are none who have made this process easier than Move. Dealing with Verity Howes at Rightmove has been an awful experience. She spoke to me rudely and without any respect, making the whole process unnecessarily stressful. Out of nowhere, she demanded the deposit with zero reminder or prior warning, then tried to enforce payment just 18 hours before the deadline. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable — there was no effort to communicate properly or treat me fairly.
