We helped our daughter and son in law move house this week. They chose MIM to pre pack the day before and then move on completion day. What a great experience! EVERY item carefully wrapped, boxed and delivered. Considerate and friendly service. Paul, Ben, Colin and Callum were nothing short of fantastic. Based on thuis experience we would thoroughly recommend MIM…..in fact, we may well have a move ourselves in the near future and we know who we’ll be calling (and it won’t be Ghostbusters!😎)
I can’t recommend Move in Matters highly enough. The team worked tirelessly from 8am to 8pm, efficiently clearing our two-bedroom house, dismantling furniture, taking items off the walls, and even collecting belongings from a second property. Nothing was too much trouble—even rebuilding our ridiculously tricky bed and taking apart furniture (and doors) to get through tight spaces at the new property. A perfect example of what a 1st class removal experience should be. From booking right through to the final removal all staff were so friendly and professional. A caring and positive attitude from all concerned helped to make for a positive and efficient removal. Very pleased.
The team was fantastic! I have never seen people working in such unison! They managed to move us from our 3 bedroom house in now time. I could not recommend them high enough.
