Abusive and corrupt in the way they conduct business. I have had attempts made to break into my property from their excuses for a tradesman after they provided false information causing all parties involved to fall out. Properties been left in an appalling state due to them not rectifying problems for tenants, refuse to help over the weekend and cause nothing but trouble between good tenants and good landlords.
