We made a special trip to visit the show room last week. On entering we were completely ignored by a staff member who failed to acknowledge us and preferred to continue staring at her computer screen; she clearly could not care less about customers and at no point were we offered any help or support. We were left holding a laminate card having to find the price of everything ourselves and were made to feel most unwelcome; indeed everything was seemingly too much trouble even though we were the only people present! It's a lovely drive from York to a pretty little village with the workshop, shop and museum on either side of the road. If you're looking for beautiful oak furniture of the best quality, this is the place to go. Each piece has a little mouse carved into it which I loved as a kid and now we have our own mouseman family!
An absolute pleasure to visit these workshops and showroom. Wonderful Mouseman oak furniture. Cafe due to reopen Easter 2022 following closure during the pandemic.
