Very good response when an emergency arises. Reception puts you on list for emergency duty doctor who rings back same day. In my case I was invited in by the doctor and seen by her on the same day.
I transferred to Mountwood a couple of years ago and it’s like a breath of fresh air. All the staff are polite and kind, Doctors, Nurses, Phlebotomists, Receptionists- everyone. I actually feel like I am being really well looked after by caring, knowledgeable, nice people. I wish I had moved earlier.
First time in 4 years (thankfully) to visit Mountwood, I was seen by Doctor Maryam Latif who was excellent, she listened and spent time with me and arranged various tests.... Will know the results soon, and regardless of the outcome, I cannot praise her enough.
