The surgery team works coheseively and there is a seamless care approach when seen by different GPs within the surgery. The reception team is hardworking and provides courteous and professional service. Very happy with the surgery and have no hesitation in recommending them.

My first dealing today with this surgery after recently joining. I am soooo impressed by the service, I had a problem with a repeat prescription, I called and spoke to a really knowledgeable receptionist who listened to me and accepted my request with no issue. I had a call back from a doctor in less than an hour (which is unheard of these days!) who had sorted my prescription for me. I am so glad I have joined this practice. Thank you again!

I am very happy with Mountwood Surgery. I have been with it since 2002 and when the surgery moved location, we went with it. The Patchs system was not efficient, but now that we can also phone or call in to make an appointment, things work much easier for the patients. Often a telephone appointment is adequate, which is fine with me, as it saves a journey. My only difficulty has been in getting a video to one of the GPs so that I could be referred. I find prescription request prompt and reliable. Blood tests very efficient Requests are attended to promptly and dealt with Very efficient and always helpful. Very happy with Mountwood Surgery Thanks to all the staff
