Just a blood test. Answered any questions I asked.
Absolute nightmare, mainly their prescription policy. Not releasing medication until the day you run out and if you can't get there on that day your without meds. Absolute sham of a setup. The GP app tells you to order 1 week in advance but they have their own rules (2 days) I was bluntly informed. Ordered on Sat which would be 2 days and now they say 'well we're closed at the weekend so that doesnt count'. You get it when they decide you get it. Totally out of order denying peoples meds until the day they run out.
Receptionists are rude and speak over you... appointment system is very poor for patients with no IT knowledge... cannot get passed the receptionist when asking to speak to someone in higher authority.
I would like to remind you of the medical case of charlie marriage who died after trying to obtain his medication for 48 hours. Nobody could help him. Please don’t make the same mistake the NHS made with him and review your knowledge base and training. Cheers
