Following my mother’s bereavement we required the stairlift to be removed. The original supplier could not help but recommended Mountfield Services. Contacted them, Rachel was extremely helpful and date and time agreed. The engineer Jim arrived early, very friendly and professional. The stairlift was removed cleanly and very quick. Great customer service and very professional company, highly recommend. Thank you.

Cannot fault bathroom to shower conversion However snagging is non existent, I telephoned one Thursday weeks ago for an update on inspection highlighting the leakage problem, I was told they would ring back on Monday - not! I did my own snagging luckily a retired tradesman just limited mobility

The people at Mountfield Services know what they are doing and do it extremely well. My parents-in-law were in respite care for 4 weeks. During the first week, I approached Mountfield to discuss changing their bathroom - ripping out everything, moving the door and completely re-building to a design more suitable to their needs. They recently installed a through the floor lift for us. The price was much more reasonable than the manufacturer's quote. They also were able to start the work quicker than expected. Very pleased with their work. They also did a great job 5 year's ago with our wet room.
