We didn’t even get the chance to stay! We booked a suite for 2 days but by the time we got there to check in they informed us that it was canceled due to our credit card not going through. When I booked the rooms I told them I would be paying with cash and they said it was fine but apparently not! So I asked is there any other rooms lefts! No we are fully booked! Let me remind you we didn’t get a phone call or email! I’ll never book to stay here again!!!
This place is a dump, staff is incompetent and the owner has no business running a business. The rooms are filthy, air conditioners are falling apart, sheets have holes and stains, and the furniture and counters are falling apart. Save your money and health and stay somewhere else! The owner has an F rating with the BBB and needs to be reported to the local health department!
It was nice and clean and the staff was very nice and helpful I didn’t have a microwave when I got here and they got me one and the light was flickering and they fix it for me they was very nice about doing this for me my room was very nice and clean,room service ask me if I wanted my room cleaned and if I needed anything I would come back here it was clean and nice and stuff was very helpful.
The place does not look anything like the pictures .
This place is nasty. If I could give it zero stars I would. We had ants in our room. There was duct tape on the floor, mold in the tub, and the pool was disgusting. We ended up staying one night there and went somewhere else. They refused to give us our money back for the days we didn’t stay there.
This place is terrible. The AC is bad, it’s so dirty, ceiling caving in, and they have roaches!
