Owner called and harassed me after giving a bad review on booking after I checked out. Had to cancel my credit card cause if they will illegally use my info to harass me no telling what else they would do. This is insane I’m furious and going to the mayor

This is by far the worse hotel we’ve stayed in!!! Don’t get me wrong Amanda in the front was amazing, but there was piles of dust on the furniture, the toilet was gross and the lid was extremely loose. That’s just some of the issues. Not to mention. The breakfast, cereal, WARM milk, stale bread. That’s only a quarter of the issues... the “heated” pool was ice cold, the pool room was freezing and our bath faucet leaked... don’t go by the pictures online like we did, because it’s FALSE advertisement.

Super noisy room and the manager didnt even care about it. Noone called back or nothing. The water was brown when I first turned it on. The room was also dirty. Never again!!!

The room was FILTHY and nothing as advertised! You could not even open the door to the bathroom due to the toilet being in the way. The lady at the front desk laughed at us when we said we would not be staying there and wanted our money back. She was RUDE. There was also an envelope with a handwritten note saying “house keeping tip”. I do NOT recommend this hotel!

Rooms are nothing like you see on website. Dirty floors, furniture stained and washcloths looked as though they weren't washed. We were lucky enough to get our money back. Stay away from this hole!

The rooms are filthy. Cockroaches. Possible bedbugs. They did not change bedding. Did not wash towels and rags because they had the stains from our makeup from day prior. The pool looks like it has never been cleaned so we couldn’t use it. They said yes to hot tub but hot tub was nowhere to be seen. Air quality in the room was bad. Door and lock were janky and felt unsafe. We called customer service because we were unhappy and they refused to refund us to find somewhere else.
