So I’m sitting here in room 607. To start off the remotes was missing batteries. Then we go to take showers and find the towels and rags dirty as in the picture. The bathroom was very nasty as in the pictures and the floor was nasty as in the picture. We ran the water for the tub only to find out there was only luke warm water. All pop machines was sold out of pop and no one is at the desk at night to answer calls. And we was not informed about no breakfast until after checking in. Our family enjoyed our stay this past weekend, the Suite was very spacious and comfortable. Felt like we was right at home. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We look forward to returning for more visits and recommend this wonderful Hotel to everyone.
They say they are open 24 hours but they dont even have a working phone line so guests can call them with questions or cancellations, which is horrible, especially now with the stay at home orders and people needing to travel or make last minute changes due to COVID. Very very shady.
I wouldn't stay here anymore. the room are Dirty The breakfast all you get is cereal and toast. they said they have pool they don't. we didn't have a place to park we had to park in the bank park lot next to here.
We reserved a room months in advance. We called 4 hours ahead to say we would be late (traveling back to Michigan from Florida) got a phone call from manager complaining that we weren’t there yet. Got to the hotel, room was so disgusting. Holes in the walls, stains on the beds, mildew/mold in shower/bathtub. Floor was absolutely filthy. We left 10 minutes after arrival and stayed somewhere else.
