Would have chose 0 star if that was possible. For 2 years now, I can say for 99% of the times I have called, I am been stylishly sent off by the receptionists.. Can’t say if this is a treatment towards a selected groups of people or if reviews here are fabricated because I remember choosing the surgery because of the reviews here. You call with complaints needing immediate help and the receptionist offers you an appointment for 3 weeks time and ask you to take some paracetamol ☹️ or just say they’ll get back to you but never... read more
Really great to be able to phone & book an appointment at any time (albeit maybe 3 weeks away). Better still, all the receptionists are really kind and courteous making it so much easier to go in. The phlebotomist is a sweetheart too. Best of all, Dr. Quinn actually LISTENS to you, what a fabulous doctor! I'm so glad I chose this practice when I recently moved.
Reception staff really don't seem to care ,rude just glad this isn't my doctors surgery.
Me and my Partner recently registered as new patients, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole registration process so smooth. She answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed, which really put us at ease. The nurse I saw was just as wonderful. This Dr has neglected me for over 10 yrs . Hidden scans . Fobbing me off with very serious symptoms . Thinks he is above ppl . The worst dr ever .
