Friendly staff, great food, nice rooms and lots of fun!
We held our wedding here several years ago with an extremely positive experience and come back each year to celebrate our anniversary. Each time the staff is nothing but receptive to our needs, pleasant and welcoming. The food always seems to be new and one step better than the last time. If you haven't come and experienced a first class hotel then come to the White Mountains and check this hotel out!

Loved everything they had to offer. From the time we arrived until we left. Can't wait to go back. Axe throwing, smores by the fire pit, bingo, wine cellar tour, I could go on and on and on. Check it out yourself. We were first timers to the area and will definitely go back. Great food and staff was very accommodating.
My family and I just got home from our second family trip to MVG. We are a party of 13 spanning from 1yo to 80yo and there was something for everyone!!! We were there for several nights and still didn't have time to do everything we wanted. Our party had several rooms and each room was spotless. We are having a wonderful experience at this lovely resort. We were greeted immediately when we pulled up by a young man who was so enthusiastic & helpful. This long weekend is my sweet husbands birthday gift to me. Yesterday I was pampered in the spa and liked it so much that I booked a facial for today. I watched a family sit longer than us (2hrs) at a table......I watch a father bring 2 kids that were sleeping to bed and did not eat! Absolutely disgusting! This was absolutely not right! I actually said something to the staff after we paid our bill wrote a note also! Then went back to our room for a bit went back down stairs and they were STILL sitting at the table! It's too bad this is such a wonderful property with so much potential. While there are staff members there whom I'm sure are friendly and competent, chances are you'll never come across them. We planned our wedding there this year for less then 50 people, which included a rehearsal dinner and breakfast for the following day.
