Really wish I could give high praise, my wife and I were so excited about the weekend. The inn is beautiful as you drive up and walk in, but unfortunately the service is not Grand Hotel style and the rooms were disappointing. The "Heritage suite" on line is nothing like the actual room you get. To get us away from the subway sounding elevator from room 104, we were sent upstairs to a room with no view at all and that was part of the package. When I complained I got a 'sorry'. Went there for my mom's birthday. The staff was very accommodating and even agreed to bring out a birthday cake I had brought from home. The rooms were awesome and the views were unbelievable. Loved most of my spa services ( one was a little too rough for my skin). Can't wait to go back!
My husband and I were married here four years ago and come back every year on our anniversary. This place has become like home to us. They've treated us wonderfully each time, and have always helped to make our visit extra special. Its property is absolutely stunning, and continually takes my breath away. Additionally, the filet mignon is without a doubt the best meal I have ever eaten!

Last 4 out of 5 times we have been here the white wine by the bottle has been warm . Very disappointed in the service this time too.
5+ stars for view, service, comfort, food, ambience and location. A relaxing place to stay but with some activities as well as near much to see and do.
Happened upon this place as we were driving around. Thought we would stop for a drink. They have a nice outdoor porch overlooking the mountains. Unfortunately service is highly disorganized. After waiting for over 20 minutes and realizing that although people around us were getting service we were being ignored we decided to leave. Giving 1 star because that is the minimum possible :(
