Amazing experience. Staff knew me and my wife by name, food was divine, atmosphere a d scenery was incredible

So absolutely disgusted with this place. My husband and I were going away for our one year anniversary , we showed up to the hotel and they had just been hit by a bad storm, having said that I know they can not control the weather,but they can control how to clean a room. Our room had clean sheets but everything else was dirty including trash on the floor. Me being me I was like no biggie I will just clean up and call down for fresh towels(which we got 3 hours later). The staff was very friendly and the place was so charming. Only problem was the bathrooms were very hot no air
This hotel is awesome. So much to do on the grounds for adults and kids. We just stayed there for the night and it was very relaxing. The food was great. The staff was great. Me my wife and kids loved it and will be back
Perfect. Heaven. Literally from the moment we entered the property & were greeted by the valet extraordinairre Stanley...everything was perfect. Great room, great service, great amenities, great activities, great property, great views, great dining, great booze, great cleanliness, GREAT PRICE, great everything. LITERALLY! WE. LOVED. IT.
Gorgeous setting, great facilities, wonderful staff, fun activities—outstanding.
Loved our stay. This is the place to be if you like cruises but hate the water and love the mountains. The room was comfortable and better attended to than any hotel I've stayed in. The food was good: pricey but we made a picnic one and went in to Littleton for dinner to extend our dollars. Wish there was some sort of snack bar maybe.
