Food wasn't very good. Clam Chowder was not clam chowder and if it was it was tastless. Had the cod sandwich. Greasy and the fish has a odd smell. Wait staff was very friendly.
We went for lunch and ate on the porch with a magnificent view! The lobster roll and salad were Delish, a great way to spend an afternoon ☉☉☉
Amazing view and great historical site. The layout is almost that of a 1800s ship with grand stairwells and dining quarters. It had beautiful private rooms and very nice staff who were knowledgeable of the area. Food was great and reasonably priced for a resort.

Reserved hotel room 2 weeks ago for me and my two teenagers. Biggest selling point was the movie theater and the game room. We check in and they say both are out of commission. My kids spent the time in the hotel room on their computers in the evening because the camp fire was "reserved" for a private party and they had no movies in the room. 400 dollars a night I think we should be told what's not available.
It is a lovely place for a romantic getaway....and the staff members are great at spoiling guests!!!

Matt Husband and Todd Legg made our stay most memorable by their extreme passion for their craft of Luscious Libations accompanying mouth watering dishes presented with such artistic flare. Dining at the Harvest Tavern is a must with these two gentlemen at the helm. Thanks a million Matt and Todd.
The view was spectacular, however the rooms were tiny, overpriced & you had to walk up and down three flights of stairs to back and forth to the lobby because the elevator had to be manned by a bellhop at all times and he was never there. There was confusion over rooms when we got there & we had to change rooms three times. Then there was a rat in our room as well that woke us up at 3am eating a bag of chips by the nightstand. I won't be going back!
