Lovely place to relax and enjoy the day! Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Wine Cellar is fabulous. Concetta in the Harvest Tavern and all the wait staff are helpful and nice. Looking forward to returning.
My husband and I just got home from our amazing couple day stay at Mountain View. I wish we never had to leave! It was so refreshing to be treated like royalty at a hotel! It was hands down the best hotel experience we have ever had and it was the perfect place to for a mini-honeymoon after our wedding last weekend! We will most definitely be back!

Second time staying at Mountain View Grand and highly recommend it to all! Absolutely beautifully restored historic hotel, immaculate guest rooms, comfy bedding, fantastic food, beautiful heated pool with pool bar, activities all day long for both adults and children, and very friendly and helpful staff throughout the resort. Five STARS for Mountain View Grand Resort!!
The resort is beautiful but arriving a little later everything closed too early. A burnt steak when ordered at medium and everything else closing at 9p made the stay ok at best....
It was beautiful historic building with breathtaking views. The staff was friendly and very helpful. My grandchildren enjoyed the many activities. However all of that being said , it was very difficult for my wheelchair bound daughter-in-law. The ramp at the front of the hotel is not finished. She was forced to use a utility elevator that I was nervous every time she had to use it because of the noise that it would make. Amazing!!! We stayed there one night just passing through. We will definitely come back as a stand alone vacation!!!
We ate at the Harvest Tavern bar. The service was terrible. The two bartenders never once asked how the food was or could they get us anything else.
Beyond charming slice of heaven. Location, location location, there is no better view all around you. You feel like you were whisked away back in time to a grand hotel. The staff was exceptional and warm and our accommodations were elegant and comfortable. We cannot wait to come back.
