Purchased my 2014 Tahoe from Zackary on 6/16/16. The process was long and there was not a lot of compromising. I was told my used Tahoe would come with 100,000 mileage warranty and 6 oil changes. I went in today for my 1st oil change only to be told I had NO Warranty at all. I feel very deceived and taken advantage of. How can a 2 year old car have no warranty????? Very upset customer, who couldn't even get floor mats for her $40,000 car she purchased from you.

Talked to the Internet manager Anthony Sanchez and he absolutely lied about everything. Had an appointment with him and he didn't even show up to work that day or have the common courtesy to call me and tell me he wasn't at work. False advertisement and I wouldn't recommend anyone waste there time. Worst car buying experience ever.
