Went there looking for a brand new car. Nobody came and greeted me. Had to look for a salesman. Found a group of them just talking and laughing in a circle. I asked if one of them could help me. Finally one came up to me and asked me if I am here to look at cars or buy a car? What kind of question is that?? I told him I here to look at cars obviously with the interest in buying one. Excellent courteous service. They were easy to work with on financing and we got a better vehicle than we expected! Sales Representative José was very good to us.
Very deceptive sales practices. We came in after discussing the price on numerous occasions with the agent. Drove almost two hours to pick up the vehicle. Waited another 20 minutes because they pulled the wrong truck. They tried to add another 1000.00 for trade in rebate at signing although we asked specifically during FOUR different conversations if there were any other associated costs other than the advertised price.
