From the moment we walked into Mountain View Chevrolet we knew we came to the right place to buy an suv. Our salesman JULIAN was very nice and took the time to listen to what we needed and his customer service was outstanding. I had the best experience buying my first car because of them! They are so nice and they move the process a long quickly I would go back to them any day!
Went to trade in my 2011 BMW 335i w/32,000 miles on it and they told me KBB had my car valued at 13,500. Later on I come to find out that KBB actually had my car valued at 18,416 (suggested retail price of 19,128). Shame on me for not doing my homework prior to visiting the dealership. Needless to say, we couldn't make a deal on the car I've been eyeballing for quite sometime. This place is a joke! SAVE YOUR TROUBLES AND GO TO THE FORD DEALERSHIP BEFORE THEM. Monkeys can run a better company. Never buy a vehicle or get your car serviced here. Marsela (service rep) is a liar! She told me my vehicle is covered under warranty then 2 days later told me it's not. Her customer service is horrible and has a ghetto attitude.
