I had a few recalls done on my car after they had it for a week the the gas line was leaking and the airbag light was on, after literally 6 times trying to get in touch with someone to revolve the issue no one has even attempted to contract me after leaving numerous messages

Rick was polite and mild-mannered. We loved that he was knowledgeable without being pushy and was able to answer all of our questions frankly. We needed input regarding comparisons between cars and options and he answered everything promptly and clearly. Our experience was wonderful and we would recommend his service and Mountain View Chevrolet to anyone who was interested in buying a new car.
paid for a service (tire rotation) that was not performed - called to their attention and was given a voucher for rotation to be done the next time vehicle is to be serviced.
I've had nothing but problems every time I have something done here. The latest being that I paid for an oil change and tire rotation, tires were not rotated, was the oil changed?
Horrible customer service. Waited hours on a response for an online credit application only to be told they needed more information and it maybe not be done til Monday.

Extremely poor communication from my salesman Sean Karr. I had to make two trips from Dalton to Chattanooga in one day and then go to work. They even kept my last two pay stubs which is my only proof of income, and I need them back so I can go to Adventure Chevrolet in Dalton where they are going to put me in a car with nothing down and my monthly payments and where I want to pay them.
