Bought a 2013 Chevrolet equinox brand new and still under warranty about two mouths ago I went to get my oil changed and it was 2 quarts low so I took it in and they said that we will have to a oil consumption test so they changed the oil again and it using about a quart every 1000 miles they sent the information in to Chevrolet and Chevrolet told me that it was not burning enough oil for them to check it out further so now I have car that burn oil and Chevrolet doesn't want to do anything about ..

They send out extremely deceptive and annoying promotions, with those tactics I certainly would not visit to shop in person.
Sales Dept lacks product knowledge , Service Dept is terrible, and the product they sell is the worst. My brand new Z71 was in the shop 2 months of the year I owned it. Save your time and money and go buy another brand from another company. Find new roads away from Mtn. View Chevy!
Took my car for its 2nd maintenance. Dropped it off at 10:30 this morning (Appointment time) It's 3:30 no call yet. 1st maintenance I called after 3 hours and was told "Your car is done" Why didn't I get a call then?? This time not calling... Was quoted an hour and a half. Not good business!
