We just bought our second vehicle from Mountain View Chevy. Tim Cook helped us when we boyght our Chevy Tahoe. Shaun Emery was assisting Tim Cook this time around. Josh Brewer is one of the nicest sales managers that I have ever met. I have always taken my Tahoe to Chevy to get it serviced. Craig and Jamie are always the serviceman that we ask for. We went car shopping at Mountain views, and John Spencer started helping us out. He immediately took us to the equinoxes and started sharing the highlights of the car, how it drove, etc. He listened to us and answered questions, and worked with us on what we needed. Ben was wonderful when it came to helping answering questions about financing and Tim was great with helping getting everything set up with the car after we completed the paperwork. Great customer service, and would recommend going back.
They tell you stuff and don't follow through and when you call them they either take 4 ever to call you back, forget about you or pass you off onto someone else, promise you this and that, I felt like since I was a widow and a woman that's why I was treated this way ,wished mtn view Ford had what was looking for, I will never recommend mtn view Chevy to anyone purchased my vehicle in July and they still have not resolved the issue so you can decide if you would want your mother, wife or widow going to purchase a vehicle ther... read more
We just bought a 2017 Camaro. Sergio in the financing department was amazing and so nice. He helped us get a great percentage rate and a payment we could afford with our credit that is not perfect. I highly recommend going to mountain view Chevy.
All of the positive reviews are from employee friends and family where they had a contest to see who could get the most positive reviews because they had a low score and was paid to help get the score up
