We have purchased several vehicles from the Mtn View dealerships and this one along with the others we have been promised one thing and delivered another. Myself Ron Haynes and Melanie Haynes will never purchase another vehicle from them. We have listened to the last excuse, tried to resolve with us being left holding the bag, and left hanging in the cold. I have had the worst experience with the Service department. They overcharged me for faulty work that I had to bring back. They made me wait for 2 hours for a loaner car only to tell me they don’t have a car. On top of that they made me want t another 30 minutes for the courtesy car to go get gas because it was in empty.
the worse experience and place I have ever dealt with. I don't trust them. Their manipulation tactics and way they do business. I do not recommend this dealership. from add ons to misleading.
We recently bought at 2018 Chevy Malibu from Raven Sims. We had the best car buying experience at Mountain View Chevrolet! I would highly recommend Raven! Mountain View sent out a mailer with a promo game on it. We pulled of the sticker and our number matched for winning a $700 Visa gift card. We read all the fine print on the entire card, thinking there must be some catch, but couldn't find one. We called Mountain View twice to verify that it really was that simple, there was no catch, and we really had won a $700 Visa gift card.
