Spent a little longer than I wanted to be there. 2/12 hours for an oil change and check tires. Light was on for tires. Left and had to return because light was still on. Frustrating!😟

The timing seems a little off as it appears we checked you in at 1:18pm for your 1:40pm appointment. After many weeks of shopping for a car for our daughter. We decided to purchase a RAV4 XLE 2019 from Mountain States Toyota on Monday. Our salesman Steve Soeun was very professional and seemed to know a lot about cars. He was able to get us a great deal. The finance department tried to sell us extended warranty and things but we rejected any advances. The paperwork was fast and simple. The price beat all the dealers around our city. Service department and parts. Have a 1993 4-Runner, for the past 21 years have taken it to Mountain States Toyota for service and satisfied with the maintenance performed. Still carry parts for the old machine. Service advisors are extremely helpful especially Bobbie Myrick who goes the extra mile in explaining the service performed or future ones.

Just bought the car of my dreams, a brand new 2019 highlander at Mountain States Toyota. The service here is unmatched when compared to any other Toyota dealership in the state. My car had a dead battery last week we call the tow truck guy and he tried to jumpstart and we tried to jumpstart. Nothing worked and had to be towed in the mechanic said the major fuses were blown which man to ever tried to jumpstart it did it backwards. We did not do it backwards. But yet we were not the one who was believed. They took the tow truck guy story and made me pay for all the repairs and the tow. This greatly upset me and I will not be back

I am sorry about the situation with your RAV. I have reviewed the invoice and talked with the technician that worked on the vehicle. We can only report on the status of the vehicle when it arrives to us and that status was that it had 5 blown fuses. These fuses need to be replaced after a vehicle has been jump started backwards or a battery installed backwards. These are designed this way to prevent significant damage to the vehicle. I had a mixed response from this dealership regarding my 10.000 checkup on my NEW Highlander. I waited 20 minutes to get a response from one of the service reps. When I finally got assistance, my rep was very responsive and when I shared with him my frustration in waiting so long he shared with me that I was not his assigned appt. but would take care of me.
